WE CAN'T WAIT TO MEET YOU
At Lutheran Church of the Resurrection worship is a central component of our faith life. We believe that God meets us in a special way in this common celebration of God’s love for all people through Jesus Christ.
BECOME A PART OF OUR FAMILY
We are the church that shares a living, daring confidence in God’s grace. For us as the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, this faith comes through the good news of Jesus Christ and gives us the freedom and the courage to wonder, discover and boldly participate in what God is up to in the world. Liberated by our faith, we embrace you as a whole person — questions, complexities and all.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What if I am not Lutheran?
Join the club! Many of our members did not grow up in a Lutheran Church. We have come from Baptists, Presbyterians, Methodists and Roman Catholic backgrounds. Many come with little or no church background at all. Our backgrounds and points of view are diverse and we are all called to worship here together.
What about communion? Am I welcome, even if I am not a member?
The host of the Lord's Supper is Jesus Christ and his invitation is open to all the baptized. We share communion together each week. If He has invited you to his table then you are welcomed and encouraged to share communion with us. Sharing communion is not about membership, it is about fellowship and experiencing the real presence of Jesus Christ and all are welcome at His table. Simply come.
I do not drink alcohol. How can I share in communion?
White grape juice is provided along with the traditional wine during communion. Simply select the cup in center of the serving tray.
Is childcare available during worship?
Child care is offered in the nursery for all children 4 years old and younger at the 9:30 service. If older children attending worship are in need of activities, activity bags containing crayons, paper, and other useful items are available.
I cannot eat gluten products. How can I share in communion?
Gluten-free wafers are available during communion on the altar. Take a wafer when you come up to receive communion.
Am I welcome to participate? Even if I am not a member?
Absolutely! We would love for you to worship and serve with us. Sing in the choir, join us for Bible study and become part of the life of our community.
