DESCRIPTION:This Lent\, we're walking humbly with God...but what does humil
 ity even mean? Why would we want to be humble anyway?\nThe word humility 
 shares the same root as human and humus (soil). Let's get grounded and
  connect to what really matters this Lent by looking to the example of St.
  Francis of Assisi. \nSt. Francis is famous for his humility. For "being 
 a fool for God"\, forgoing riches and living simply to serve marginalized 
 communities\, in kinship with Creation.\nBy learning stories of his life a
 nd seeing how they resonate in our times\, we will learn what it means to 
 be of the earth and in community with Creation\, the delight we can find i
 n wonder and in humbly admitting that we don't know\, and ways to let go o
 f consumerism in favor of simplicty.\nWe'll learn spiritual practices insp
 ired by St. Francis to help us this season.\nWe'll walk humbly with God:\n
 \nIn simplicty\nIn kinship with creation\nIn uncertainty\nIn wonder\nIn la
