A Welcoming, Caring, Nurturing Community

Greetings from the community of Lutheran Church of the Resurrection!  The essence of Christ’s message is that we love God and neighbor.  We believe that we are sent into the world to work for justice, alleviate suffering, and offer hope.  Perhaps that explains why we are a vibrant and diverse Christian congregation that openly welcomes our neighbors. 

“Open” is also a good word to describe our community.  We welcome members and visitors from varied backgrounds and faiths (or no faith) to fully participate in our worship – and our activities and ministries.  Visitors are always welcome!

During more than 15 years as Pastor at LCR, I have been blessed by this wonderful community of faith, and we have experienced consistent growth.  In 2004 we added new worship and meeting space to accommodate that growth.

We invite you to come back and experience the joy that we have in knowing Christ and each other.
